Nandigram Violence
According to A study by two economists from the US Federal Reserve (A Tale of Two States: Maharashtra and West Bengal by Amartya Lahiri and Kei-Mu Yi) shows how the two states, among the richest in the country in 1960, have diverged dramatically. Bengal, which had a per capita income of 105 per cent of Maharashtra's in 1960, has managed to bring it down to a mere 69 per cent of Maharashtra's by 1995! The authors conclude that this is directly correlated with Communist control of Bengal. This scenario should change. Whatever is going on today in west Bengal is not good for common man and such a shame for India.
Wednesday, March 14, 2007 .once again violence erupted in Nandigram and at least 14 people have died and 30 injured in clashes between police and protesters.The trouble started when a large police force tried to break the Nandigram blockade. However, they were confronted by a 5000-strong mob which began hurling bricks on them.The police resorted with teargas and a mild lathicharge and then rubber bullets. But when the villagers started shooting with pipe guns, the police opened fire.
Till the date still the same this is going on.Nothing has change.
March month is the exam month but it has postponed to April.
But most important thing is a large percentage of Nandigram's population is Muslim, its role was not unexpected. It has also to be clarified that the Jamiat was not involved in Wednesday's disturbances, which were the handiwork of a virtually unknown outfit, the All India Muslim Front, but the Jamiat has nevertheless voiced its opposition to Taslima Nasreen's continued stay in India.
There wasn't much advance thinking before the chief minister and his party, decided to neutralise the police and send in the party's armed cadres to wrest Nandigram from the Opposition's control. To control the situation, the West Bengal government had to call in the army and impose curfew in several Muslim-majority areas in the city.
While there has been countrywide condemnation of arson and rape by the attackers in Nandigram, this new evidence of the anger of the Muslims is a worrisome signal.
As it is, the involvement of Naxalites means the presence of shadowy underground organisations, which thrive in anarchic conditions. They will have little hesitation in teaming up with Muslim fundamentalists to foment communal trouble - something that mainstream parties like the Trinamool Congress will not like to do.
CPI-M is also mixing up the Taslima Nasreen affair with Nandigram. This was the first time that the 'attack' by cadres of the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) on opposition strongholds in Nandigram was mixed up with the stay of the controversial Bangladeshi writer in India. Because Communist are secular and minority-friendly leftist government of West Bengal. Judiciary and the National Human Rights Commission also criticised the the aggressive tactics of CPI-M.What this means is that in the event of an election, the Left Front cannot be as sure of its success as before, especially if sizable sections of Muslims are persuaded by their leaders to refrain from voting. For the first time since 1977, the Communists may be in danger of losing West Bengal. Current condition showing is that President rule should be imposed in West Bengal.Centre should sack this Communist government. Nandigram carnage initiated by Buddhadeb and CPM only. Buddhdeb and CPM actively initiated the mass murder misusing state law (police force).
There is a total collapse of law& order in Nandigram, now Dr.Man Mohan made a Deal that he will say nothing about Nandigram and in return CPI (M) would allow him to sign the Indo-US Deal.

Governor’s controversy
Constitution of India India says that The Council of Ministers is collectively responsible to the House of the People (Lok Sabha).
Every State has a Legislative Assembly. Certain States have an upper House called State
Legislative Council. Governor is the Head of a State. There shall be a Governor for each
State and the executive power of the State shall be vested in him. The council of Ministers
With the Chief Minister as its head advises the Governor in the discharge of the executive functions. The Council of the Ministers of a state is collectively responsible to the Legislative Assembly of the State.

Under Article 156 (1) of the Constitution, the governor of a state holds his office at the
pleasure of the President. But the President acts by the advice of the government in power
in such matters. Which is why the news of the dismissal came from the Centre, although a Rashtrapati Bhavan communiqué had already notified that the said governors 'shall cease to hold office of governor of their respective states.'
But politics is too much worst in India. Because earlier also done this type of dismissing of governor.

. In October 1980, then Tamil Nadu governor Prabhudas Patwari was dismissed,
demonstrating that the President's 'pleasure' under Article 156 (1) can be used by
the prime minister to dismiss any governor for political reasons, and without assigning
any cause. And in 1981, then Rajasthan governor Raghulal Tilak too was dismissed from office.
The United Progressive Alliance government has dismissed four governors --
Kidar Nath Sahni (Goa), Kailashpati Mishra (Gujarat), Babu Parmanand (Hariyana)
And Vishnu Kant Shastri (Uttar Pradesh) -- who had been appointed during the
Tenure of the previous National Democratic Alliance government.

Why government has demonstrated 'gross constitutional impropriety'?
Everybody has there won ideology; they can express their views. Dismissing is improper with the dignity of high office. Anybody can keep relation with Non-profit organization.
In latest controversy of Karnatka, the BJP and JDS has given the list of MLA to form the Government in Karnataka but governor has taken so many days to decide .Why this is happening? Governor should have the power without scaring of loosing his position. Governor is the Head of a State, he having executive power to run the state.

BCCI-A political game

BCCI is well known and richest sporting body for cricket in India.But sorry,An FIR was filed against nine top officials of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) on Wednesday for allegedly misappropriating funds during the one-day international cricket match between India and Australia. That what happen if politically well background people involved in governing body.Political people do not know anything about this cricket but they are operating the hole cricket board without any knowledge of cricket.what about Anshuman Gaikwad,Arun Lal,Kapil Dev,Sunil Gavskar? like so many veterian cricketer available to take charge of this BCCI.But our Indian politics will not give to these people a single chance.Because they have not supported by the political party.At least selection comitee should be free from this type of politics.We know all about Pawar-Dalmiya equation.But then, everything is fair in love, war and BCCI politics. The Board of Control for Cricket in India scoffed at suggestions that the sensational leak of Greg Chappell's e-mail was because of Board politics. Is BCCI politics hampering Indian cricket?Can the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India), run by politicians and business tycoons,propel Indian team ahead? Will they also own some responsibility? Will they keep sucking the Indian cricket until some court bars them from doing so? These so-called ‘office bearers’, actlike Mafia and do not allow a general public scrutiny to take place. They do not have a website yet.They act with impunity, reward themselves as they wish and try to remain in power by hook or by crook. Apolitically motivated person who uses his position of influence to play out his petty politics, to the detriment of Indian cricket, it is strange when he speaks of accountability and responsibility.It is pathetic that our greatest players are subjected to humiliation by these power brokers. Cricket crazy Indians must question the credentials of these BCCI Mandarins. Our heroes have given us immense joy over these years and they deserve a graceful exit. Those who are for the removal of the trio must also try to ensure that the BCCI gets rid of these power brokers. Their accountability must be fixed and if found unable to deliver, these gentlemen must also be shown the door and their conduct during office should be probed thoroughly.Everything is fair in love, war and BCCI politics: even if it means doing a complete flip-flop, or double-somersault on their stands.but it should stop for better cricket of India.

The sting -The recent sting operation can be used as a powerful weapon by a journalist to fight corruption in All level offices.sometime this will not have significant impact,only want to boost there TRP rating on television.In recent Tahelka expose of Godhra riots revels that they inciting people just before the election,what is the point of doing this?In last four-five years situation has been completely change,you will find Hindu-Muslim relations back to being cordial.If you see this sting operation diverting attention from developing infrastructure of Gujrat to the riots case again.I am not saying sting Journalism is not useful,just that the issues and their handling should be more sensitive.It helps unveil corrupt politicians to the public eye.After this latest Tahelka stint,people have come out in vociferousprotest,which is quite expected in so sensitive an issue.The main concern is that it should not lead to any voilence.only this stint operation will help to the one of the political party to get majority in coming Gujrat election, not beneficial for a common man.

In last 5 year of his tensure lots of developments happened,no voilence till the date.Only anti BJP group is targeting Mr.Modi.else Gujrati janata like him too much.not Gujrati janata all indian who like developments,shanti like him.what i think all we need to find out why Godhra has happen?if we find this question then we go to next point.if he using his talent to develop the nation why you are stoping him by raising the same question again and again.Janata will show their faith on Mr.Modi in this election and he suppose again became the chief minister of Gujrat and after 5 years completion you also raise the same question again and again.somebody has to stop this reduculus move against the most elected person from janata as they voted for lead the state.

Till the date nobody has filed the case against the M.Karunanidhi Chief Minister of Tamilnadu Gvt.Where our NGOs ?when Mr.Balasaheb Thakare will say something about any community,so many people come against him.even congress also.Mr. Karunanidhi has created the question of existing of God Shree Ram.He played the sentiments of crore Hindu people. He should be punished by our Indian law.News channels also not showing anything against him.
